Abstract. The "Country of One" serves as a conceptual framework that allows individuals to imagine and understand the dynamics of human relations within a context of complete personal freedom. By envisioning each person as a sovereign entity with their own set of rules, values, and governance, this tool highlights the importance of individual autonomy and the ethical systems that arise from such a scenario. It explores how interpersonal interactions, cooperation, and conflict might be managed in a society where everyone is fully self-governing. Through this lens, it emphasizes the balance between personal liberty and essential social structures, such as voluntary associations, mutual aid networks, and cooperative agreements, necessary for a harmonious and just society.
